It's been a long time since I used ZoomPlayer, but check around in settings and make sure that it is associated with your sound card in playback.

I'm sure you've done this, but just in case you haven't... Have you tried reinstalling Zoomplayer?

Well if you've checked your ZoomPlayer settings to make sure they are associated with your sound card, tried reinstalling Zoomplayer, are sure that "all" your files have no sound in Zoomplayer (for instance if you have files encoded with Microsoft audio codecs they might not play in Zoomplayer by default, but will play in wmp), then I don't know what else to suggest short of either reformatting again or just being happy that they play in wmp
