WINMX won't connect

We run on WINMX 3.53 (+ 3.54 beta to try). In our bar stands "mxpie info 3.6" and i tried if an update would solve our problem.
1st winmx was disconnecting and seeking for connection while transfer was still active and running. we run on both pc's primary, all ports are set and wall's are configured properly.
2nd since yesterday winmx is only seeking for connection without any result.
prim or secondary doesn't make a difference, both won't connect.

while seeking, primary connections stucks at 0, while secondary counts up to 8 and falls down to 0 again. the procedure goes on an on
i'm still wondering, that winmx is sending packages to local providers (austria)) while the search for a network is running.

usually we have primary lines around 4

Changed PGuardian to Light .. no effects except I'm long enough online to have a view at winmx chat list.

I called my ISP and told them about my troubles and what i guess AND ?
they said they're having troubles too ....

so I'm patient and sure my mx works soon.
