winmx mp3 bitrate change on download help!!!

can anyone help? i'm dowlnloading mp3 files on 192 bitrates or higher but since yesterday every download that completes then misteriously changes to 32 bitrate and i cant play it. Any idea why all of a sudden its automatically changing my bitrate down? and how to fix it
