winmx and routers

Hi all new to forum and looking for some help..
I'm using winmx 3.53 and using the new updated patch everything worked great until i bought my self a laptop and router and setup a wireless connection.
winmx connects on both laptop and PC but when it comes to downloading and uploads i get nothing also when try and open chat channels i get nothing come up.

Anyone with any help would be much appreciated

Buster993, what is the sentence u see on the left of yr Ignored button at the top of yr winmx (the Ignored button is the one with the red circle on it?) <<< pls answer this ... it is the 1st step to the troubleshooting process.
