Vista & no downloads

New compaq laptop with Vista home premium. I'm a Winmx veteran so I know how to configure the client and the new pie patch. Searching is fine, but cannot connect to download a thing. Tried closing my AVAST virus scanner, PG2, Windows firewall, forwarded ports with Lynksys router, etc etc... any ideas what the problem is? Never had a problem with XP so I'm guessing it's Vista? Port scanner shows all posts I choose closed, but UTorrent works fine. Thanks!

jksponge, what is the sentence u see on the left of yr Ignored button at the top of yr winmx (the Ignored button is the one with the red circle on it?)

After a successful installation of the Pie auto patch you will be able to open Winmx and see the following message in the top left of the screen: Click for Web Help Live Help at Vladd44 Help Room_B58C2418411C If you do not see this message please paste the room name Vladd44 Help Room_B58C2418411C into the filter bar at the top of the channel list and hit Join to enter, as you may need further assistance.
