video wont work right

video wont work right

I have some music videos and some are in mpg and mpeg they use to work fine but now the have no sound. First i had avi files play but with no sound now they dont play at all and and real player it says class not registered. How do I fix this problem. Im so confused

Not really new, just edited a bit. Since GSpot now identifies MPEGs as well as AVIs some of the info wasn't necessary.
