video upside down

i have the same problems. i've gone to the site, i've downloaded ffdshow and reinstalled nimo like it says, and now everything is fine except that the video plays upside-down. gspot says i have 3 compatible codecs for video and audio. what else can i do?

side note: i keep getting an error msg when i install nimo. it says "Cannot import C:\DOCUME~\ADMIN~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\divx5.reg: Error opening file. There may be a disk or file system error."

how on earth can i fix that? any ideas?
