Ok, so I'll be the first to admit I suck with computers, so maybe this is an easy fix. But maybe not.
Every so often, I download a Bittorrent video file, it downloads with no problems, but when I go to play it, I get error messages and it wont play. the messages are along the lines of "windows explorer has encountered a problem and needs to shut down" I get this for windows explorer, and the player i try to use (i've tried several different players, all the same problem with certain files) I also sometimes get a "dr. watson postmortem debugger has encountered a problem and needs to shut down..."
I cannot figure out why some files do this and some don't! And it seems that it will be EVERY "version" of a certain video clip (say every time I try to get a certain episode of a tv show, that episode will never work no matter where I get it.)
I'd really like some help on this, if there is anything to be done!
Thanks
Julia
