VERY SLOW DL speed

ok so ive been using bitlord for a long time. I went on vacation for a week and came back and all the torrents stay at 0kb-6kb and they wont download whats going on?

Nothing changed with internal ip (if you have a router)
Jewish Kid: Is anyone else having problems concentrating on this? I just can't seem to concentrate.
