Whilst America desends into a state of depression, the silence on this forum surprises me, i mean, we are hardly short of news, and its the US thats totally dominating world news atm.

- OJ Simpson has been found guilty of kidnapping and armed robbery by a court in Las Vegas.
- America's £397bn financial rescue package is the "beginning, not the end" of its long road back to economic security, the country's political leaders have said.
- Millionaire adventurer Steve Fossett was killed instantly when his plane smashed into a mountain on a cloudy day, police have said.
- Vice presidential nominees Sarah Palin and Joe Biden sparred for an hour and a half in St Louis
- India and America are expected to sign their civilian nuclear deal this weekend when US Secretary of State Rice visits Delhi.

So with America seemingly dragging the world into an economic depression, i find it rather hard to beleive nobody here has a single thing to say? Not even an abusive off the cuff insult?

I will now make a short yet well thought out remark about each of the major US news items listed above:

- OJ, tough shit dude, you had it coming!

- Useless idiots lending money to poor people, those in the high positions in Banks, should personally have their assests seized and used to assist economic rebuilding.

- Its better not to sleep whilst flying a plane, shame though, seemed like a nice enough guy.

- who really cares outside of the US, hardly world news, worthy only a small mention in 'uninteresting news monthly'

- Finally, the Rice is returned to India, now perhaps i can order a decent curry?


On a side note, the new WinMX Community patch is downloading like hot cakes, and nobody has anything to say, no positive messages, no negative trolling, nothing?

Why shall we be depressed ? Its not our fault and we can´t do something against it.
I´m not thats kind of person who sits the whole day on the TV and waiting for new sad news with a gun in my hand.
All comes how it comes, we can´t stop it, we must live with it...even its sad.

Why shall we be depressed ? Its not our fault and we can´t do something against it.
I´m not thats kind of person who sits the whole day on the TV and waiting for new sad news with a gun in my hand.
All comes how it comes, we can´t stop it, we must live with it...even its sad.

Never sit in a room waiting for sad news to get you depressed.

Instead aim for the emotion angry.

Then take that gun and find a post office or a tower in a college, and you can be on the news with a happy inspirational message for others.

No doubt the last few weeks have illustrated the concerns I have had for almost 3 years now.

Unfortunately the ramifications of the pending collapse of our credit driven system leave little to laugh about. We have been toying with disaster ever since the inception of the Federal Reserve system. We will now reap the results of keeping artificially low borrowing costs in place for decades rather than let the system balance itself out. The mortgage problem would not have ever taken hold if that had not been the case.
