uploads on winmx doesn't work

I just switch from cable broadband to telephone DSL, since then my uploads from Winmx members all time out, my downloads still work and I have no problem with that,but no one can upload from me...how can I fix this?

where are those rooms??? I did a search and nothing comes up?

copy/paste the roomname_number into the filter bar & click Join ..

if the filter bar is the long box at the top of winmx page then theres a problem, you can't put anything in there,plus there is nothing beside it that says join, next to it is Ignored/settings/help,

First click on the Chat button .. join channel listing window .. then you will see the Filter bar at the top .. any further help can be had after you join one of the help rooms ...
