uploads incompleted?

I think i'm not the only one with this problem, but there is an issue with opposite peers.
It seems to be there are users that keeps downloading over and over the same files. On my screen i see they are completed but the opposit they arent. The weird thing is that most uploads ends at 4,294,967,295 and says it is complete but the file is much greater. A few seconds later they start downloading again...it's like they spinning around with no end. I'm sure its not my problem cuz there are files that really ends up completely but some for some reason they arent.

My configuration:
Windows XP Home SP3
WinMX v3.54 beta 4 (port 8899 through router)

Get a new clean version from winmx here http://www.mxpie.com/downloads.html and try it again

easy to say to get a new install and i will think about it soon but that's not what i asked...i only want to know what's buggin' ?

How big is the file they are trying to upload.

These are different files, but mostly movies...and the opponents are running Winmx 3.53 or Ramadev. It is so weird that my winmx shows they have it totally complete but it isnt. Screenshot:
