Uploads, Can u control them?

Hi guys and gals, just wondering I want to be able to use BitTorrent, but my isp watches the amount I allow for uploads as we have a shared line, is there anyway to control the uploads going out and if so, how do I go about doing so.......

can either use azureus or torrent storm both clients allow for limiting of bandwidth and queue ...
Canadian? Sign the petition. Let Ottawa know you want to be considered and that you don't want your rights to be abraded every time the music industry's profits slip a little.

There's also a program called Netlimiter that will limit uploads :)
