upload speeds

How can i get my upload speed increased? I have DSL with 128k/max upload. It seems when peole connect their downloading less then 1kb/s. makes for a time-out and a l o n g download. Any help?

contact your dsl provider for more upload speed. 128 up is the BARE min for DSL. 256 is most common with 756 being top dog. (interms of Adsl)
