um dude this has been answered many times.
if you see the message at the top of your screen then the patch is installed correctly. which means its either your isp or you have firewall/modem issues. be sure to allow winmx through what ever firewall you use mcaffee windows commodo sygate etc they all have an allow option. now for your ports you have two options.
int he winmx settings under internet connection on both tcp and udp select the radial button next to unable to receive connections.
if that doesnt work.
you can forward your ports. if you have a wireless router you will need to forward the ports for it.
explicit step by step guides for most common routers can be found on portforward.com
NOTE: many modems have a nat/router built into them.
to check to see if your modem needs configuring open a web browser. and type 192.168.1.254 people will tell you that is wrong that the number is 192.168.2.1 and its not the first num,ber is to access the modem the second ios to access a wireless router.
menignok what is the sentence u see on the left of yr Ignored button at the top of yr winmx (the Ignored button is the one with the red circle on it?)
