It is good to see the loyalty of the WinMX userbase. People of diverse backgrounds working for a common cause. It is with this purpose that we have launched Operation PIE (Peer Integration Exchange)

In the coming days we are hoping to not only stabalize events, but to begin the proccess of rebuilding our userbase. While it is best to leave the dev team alone and let them work, there is much we can do ourselves to get the ball rolling. For this purpose we have created a tenative organizational chart. See it here I would appreciate the email addresses of every person on the chart. I think the heads of each division should be able to contact the others without having to go through gem or myself. Unfortunately my collection of contacts are primarily IM. While very useful, email addresses will be vital to make sure the information needed will be getting out to the people that need it most.

Development is headed up by Sabre, no need to change anything there. Best to leave them alone and let them continue to do their work. Ramna should be left to do what he does best without interferance.

Peer Cache Operations as far as I am concerned doesnt need any changes that I can see. Other than the fact that Jim may find users who are capable of helping beef up the ability to help others get additional peer caches installed I dont see anything else that needs addressing. However if there is anything that anyone needs, contact Jim.

JIM-921 will be heading "Human Resources". He will be the go to guy for those interested in getting involved who arent already signed up. JIM-921@hotmail.com . There are many projects that do not require specific levels of expertise and we want everyone we can get to be involved.

Nobby will be responsible for Public Relations and Support. While there are several names pencilled in for this purpose at present. There is always a need for people with tact and patience. Once again, contact JIM-921 if you are interested. This Department will be primarily contact with individuals via email, forums and chat. Patience and a basic understanding of what is going on will be key.

External Marketing has of now no name pencilled in the position. I would like for Someone who has MUCH patience to step up and volunteer. I have tenatively placed a few people in specific tasks. The primary purpose of this effort will be to gather a database of forums, blogs, news sites. Any location that we can post to. This effort will be primarily be a gathering agent at this time. However the next stage will be to broadcast our recovery upon the distribution of the peer cache software. This cannot be done until the network is ready to handle the influx of people we are hoping to get back into the fold.

Foreign Language Team is headed by Sable and Raz. I do not know the specifics of who is responsible for what languages as of yet. Consider it a language barrier :P .

It is Our goal (Gemini777 and myself) to not interfere with peoples natural ability anymore than needed.

We would like to use everyone to their full capabilities. If any one knows of a person that they would like to bring on board the team please have them email us along with where they think they would be best suited.

To those already on a project and not listed in the Org Chart Please contact me and let me know your status. I wish to minimize the odds of people running around in circles.

I would like to thank the people that make you being on the Network Possible. It seems I get into trouble each time I start trying to compile such a list but here goes.

To Drac, every WinMX user should be thankful for your efforts, I can only hope people appreciate what you have done as much as I have. Your work was vital and gave everyone a much needed boost in making all of this a reality.

Thanks are in order to Sabre, Ranma, Pip, hollow_life, quicksilver, me here, KM and all the others who have contributed to this effort. I will at some point attempt to make a complete list, and if I missed you feel free to email me about it.
