Strange question

This might be strange but... I own a website, and would simply like to know how I can setup my own Cache index and enough peer caches to allow, say, 10 users on a network. I have a feeling I'd need only 2 caches if that.

Also, how do I change the HOSTS file to match? If somebody was able to do it from scratch inside of 72 hours, wouldn't it be possible for me to do it with a point in the right direction?
