I still can't connect ==" always yellow

I use Win XP SP2
WinMX 3.53
MX pie patch 3.2
I already follow Magic Formula, try change TCP/UDP to 16699 and 16257 then i try to
follow on some comment with manual patch and change TCP/UDP to 340 and 27 respectively.
It turn to green for a while but i still can't search, there is someone try to download my file but it just 0.00kb.
after that i try restart WinMX and patch again by right click at tray.
Then it still remain yellow til now.
on the top left of programe have a message that "Click for web help live help at Vladd44 Help"

My ISP is True corp
No Router, just adsl modem medel Zyzel prestige 630

No any add-on

I already turn firewall off.
I use NOD32, is this related ??=="

Please could u tell me how to connect it again T^T
I used WinMX for a long but for 2-3months ago i went abroad, after i'm back here i found that
it's yellow then i format my computer, since now it's still yellow =="

the problem is, i wrong manual patch =="

now it's show "You must Update" it's mean work right?
