My static Ip adress

Im trying to foward my ip adress here: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Dlink/DI-524/BitTorrent.htm

I just set up a static ip adress, but I dont know what it is.

It says:
Do not skip this step!
Please enter the static ip you want to forward to:
But I do not know what to fill in as the static ip adress. Can anyone help me out please? I would be very greatful to you.

FollowMeIPLite.exe is a good program to find your publid fixed IP

If it refers to a static ip, it means the ip on your internal network. It'll likely be 192.168.0.100 or something else similar. If you open a command prompt (start > run > cmd {command if cmd doesn't work} ) and type the command: ipconfig
you'll see your ip address. To see your external ip (the one the rest of the world sees) go to www.whatismyip.com and it'll tell you. You probably want the first ip for your router, though.
