I have DSL and most that I downloade from have the same or cable,,,,butr it seems to take way to long to upload or transfer music,,,,I am set up at 15000 bps,,,,how can I make everything faster???????,,,,I have increased and decreased the speeds,,,but it not change anything.....

GO to this link and read the section on bandwidth limiting:

Also keep in mind that your speed cannot be any faster than that of the speed which the user you are receiving/giving a file to can give.
