No speed at all, please help SOON!

A few days ago i was downloading a torrent with bittorent, for a minute i went afk and when i got back there was no speed (not even 0 )
I tried over several other torrents that had worked for me recently before but the same problem happened.

I even tried downloading Utorrent but the same problem happened again.

And it isn't my internet connection, i could download a 10 Mb file with ease (with the exception of taking a minute).

Could somebody help figure out my problem???

Downloading in bittorrent is not a guarantee of a fast speed. I remember downloading a file using bittorrent before and I ended up quitting. I used Download Accelerator Plus to download files. Or maybe you can try M Internet Relay Chat. Thank you .
