Slow dl speeds

I'm sure you get this all the time, and I have read several topics on other forums with the same problem as me but nothing I try seems to work.
I was using azureus for a while, and always had the yellow face with slow dl speeds, saying i had a NAT problem.

I switched to bit tornado recently, and again had a yellow dot with around 5 kb/s dl speeds. I read that bitcomet can bypass it, so i tried that out, only i cant even get that to start downloading.

If anyone can tell me what to do I would appreciate it.

Oh, and a lesser problem... I can't connect to the internet while bit tornado is paused.

Have you tried forwarding your ports through nat? That would be the best solution.
