server busy pop up

i got this server busy -action cannot be complete because the other programe is busy ,choose switch to*to activate the busy programe and correct the problem
options- switch to or retry
this message box cannot be closed ,unless i click one or the other option
if i click switch to -the start menu pop up,then the message pop up again in 2 mins
if i click retry -the message disappear but pop up again in 2 mins
Everytime i use bitTorrent 0.62 to dl stuff,this message pop up,i'm running win xp media center edition sp2
could anyone please tell me how to get rid of it
i have mcAfee anti virus,nothing found,and i use anti spyware did a full scan nothing found

Personally I would try using a different client, since you say it happens everytime with bitTorrent 0.62. I recommend BitComet or Azureus. BitComet is non-java based and uses less resources than Azureus, so you might want to try it first.
