seperate downloaded albums (not ALBW)

:cry: can someone please tell me if there is a way or programme
that will let me seperate downloded albums into seperate tracks.
i dont mean ALBW,ive got a few albums that will only play as one long file
and its a pain when you cant switch tracks.

You'll need to get sound forge or cool edit to seperate the tracks ...
