rome total war help

hey i burn rome total war torrent and i installed the game but when it is finshed it tells me to insert disc 1. i do that but it still doesnt work. i have the crack for the game and i get the message mssll32 cant be found i dont understand how or what to do to fix it. (im some what new at it) IF anyone knows what i can do to fix it that would be great

Is the crack you have an .exe file? If that is the case you copy it and then go to where you installed the game and paste it over the original .exe. If you get a box asking if you wish the overwrite the existing file you got it in the right place. Then start the game.
