.rar files encrypted

I have downloaded 2 files over the last few days that are .rar files. they are encrypted and will not allow me to unzip(USE) them without a password. I cannot find a password in the file or NFO anywhere. Also the .nfo file is encrypted itself???

did you try opening the NFO file in notepad?
