proxy not working

i cant connect to the internet with bittorrent. i use a gprs motorola phone modem to connect and it works fine with download manager and iexplorer. it uses a proxy ip address and port as setting. i enter all the setting correctly but still nada!!!!!

jojomannoh you most likely need to Google Motorola GPRS Modem .. that will bring up a few sites dedicated to what you need...
