problems with winmx 3.31

hi all im having problems with winmx 3.31 im getting a connection but im having no luck being able to download at any speed i know a couple of people with the same problem i have a couple of patches installed and cant find any updates dose any 1 have the same problem or can any 1 help i would b very gratefull thanks.

ravdog, what is the sentence u see on the left of yr Ignored button at the top of yr winmx (the Ignored button is the one with the red circle on it?)

After a successful installation of the Pie auto patch you will be able to open Winmx and see the following message in the top left of the screen: Click for Web Help Live Help at Vladd44 Help Room_B58C2418411C If you do not see this message please paste the room name Vladd44 Help Room_B58C2418411C into the filter bar at the top of the channel list and hit Join to enter, as you may need further assistance.
