PROBLEM UNZIPPING FILES

please assist,new to this,have downloaded movie ,it has downloaded in rar,have unzipped but have a paintshop file the right size of 4.7gb,do i need to rename file to be able to view and burn to dvd

i dunno what you downloaded but i would try to rename it in .mpg or .avi
you will see if it will work with winamp or with your win media player
