port forwarding with intellinet

Hi,

I've been trying to port forward with BitTornado with an 523431 Intellinet router in a different house. I set up my static ip address. Set my internal and external ports with the same and chose TCP connection and used my pc ip address. However my torrents still indicate i'm behind a firewall ( and I took care of the windows firewall) and my dl rate is non-existent.

I noticed something different though:

1) My WAN ip address is similar to my router's ip address. This is the first time I've seen this.

2) The WAN ip shown on my router is different than the WAN ip shown on the internet.

3) I only have a primary DNS server.

It would be much appreciated if anyone could help a noob out. Thank you very much.
