Since I discovered WinMx displaying a message in the upper left
about Peer Gaurdian users "Click Here", I have been reading opinions
online about the possibility of the PG2 block lists deliberately or
accidentally blocking IPs necessary to the WinMx network. I am
unable to find satisfactory information for either side of the argument
and as such I'm soliciting opinions.
