I suppose its time for file spoofing or using robomx to show file lists offline and proxy funtime .
Anyone towing the Bpi line should answer theses questions on Slyks forum .
1) Whose pocket is the blank cassette and "audio" cd levy money (earmarked for the industry and paid to them ) going into ?
2) "damaged media" if my copy of a cd is damaged will they replace it at cost ? I have paid for the right to listen to it , more overcharging ?.
3) selling copy protected disks as ordinary ones complying with the cd orange book standard , they do not comply and this is blatant false advertising and against uk law.
4)how can they talk about costs when I can have the same product inported from america for a whole lot less than it costs to buy it here ?
5) Are our rights being breached here ? Where does the data protection act apply to ppl who are falsely accused of file sharing ?
Whos agrees that they should put there own house in order before singling out a few hundred poor fools .
I have edited that post to get to the relevant portions . please find the original here
