NERO:4gig of hdd space to image file but hasnt given bk

hi trying to help a freind they burned a movie with nero which images the file b4 it burns which takes the same space as the file , but after burning it hasnt given the hdd space back any suggestions ?

It's a setting in Nero that will tell Nero to remove the temp. imported file or not to. If you've set it to not remove the file you can look in C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\My Documents\Nero Recode folders where there'll be 4 individual folders you can browse and delete those temp files manually. Also if you like to use Nero Vision to make your own DVDs you can look in C:\Documents and Settings\"user"\My Documents\NeroVision through it's 4 subfolders and delete files manually from there once done with them.
