Need Some Expert Advise: Problems downloading

I don't know if it's just me but Winmx in the last couple of days has really had some problems. I can connect to the nextork no problem but trying to download a song as been a pain in the ass. The connection will start, turn green and just sits there at 0.00 and then times out. Also people coming in to get my music are also stuck as it just says (waiting for incoming connection) then uploads time out. Anyone know what the problem might be? I'm using a Linksys router with proper port forwarding and triggering and no firewalls. I'd appreciate any feedback. Thanks.

Will check yr settings and test yr downloads and troubleshoot for u and settle any router configuration u need.

You will have to hang around a little river, the room is manned by volunteers, its not a 24/7 operation, please be patient.

sure got it working. something was wrong with ISP but winmx is working now. Yeah the room rocks. Alot of expert advise there.
