MPEG won't play

Hello, dnwld Matrix 3 in 3 cd, it's a MPEG. When I wanna play it in player, it says "Unregistered class", when i load it in Virtual Dub, it says "No video frames found in MPEG file" Is any possibiluty to fix this file or something else if wrong?
Note: User which i dwnld from first has "SCVD" in name of this file. Is this related with my problem?

I would guess that you don't have an mpeg2 codec and/or your player simply does not like svcd's, which is nothing unusual. Virtual DUb also does not like mpegs, unless you have VirtualDUbMpeg (which is a separate program).

I would suggest getting a player like PowerDVD or WinDVD to play svcd's (all the needed mpeg codecs are included) - unfortunately they are not free. However the new version of the VideoLan player does support mpeg and it is free. You can get it here:

Thnxs for anwer and explanation. I solve my problem with vlc media player, however, url adress wasn't correct. This is correct url:

There is an apostroph between download and windows. But, as I say , you solve my problem , thank for cooperation
