i have downloaded some mp3's of winmx and they paly perfectly normal when i put them on to my mp3 player all you can here is the backround music, there is no words.

please help

Sounds to me like either your headphones or your headphone jack is faulty and you need a replacement or repair.

what brand is it, i had a cheap iRiver one a year or so ago and had the same problem
