How about answers as to the red-text stuff and how to download better? (I tried the "Port ID" approach others have mentioned, whatever it is, and the "run program: take down info" instructions, due to the extremely fast speed of the "slate" that my "data" appears, won't work. Fortunately I AM able to download mostly, but I would like less red text download transfer appear (or more successful attempts to convert those to SUCCESSFULL, green letter ones!)
