Media Player 9 plays CDs too fast

Hi all,

a bizarre one, bro in law has PC with w2k on it...Installed ms media player 9. No problem you'd think but when he plays CDs it plays them to fast. Other players play them at right speed...

Had a look and nothing obvious springs to mind...any ideas?
I've re-installed it to no avail...Help!

no info here.

I'd suggest not using WMP. Stick with other stuff if it works for ya.

Or upgrade to WMP10 .. it should do the trick. 8)
