incomplete buffering rm file (help)

hi everyone
i'm a newbie here
i have a problem about video player
i had download a movie with pando. had complete confirmation. 565mb 56 minute. when play with k-lite mega codec, the player beffering the file till 13%. n play the file. but file playing incomplete too. only 9 minute.
nam file *.rm.downloadingfile.
i try to convert, converter comfirm that this file type not support. downloadingfile is to be file type.

help me to solve it

If I were u, the simplest solution to playing any video file would be using VLC here : http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

It can play any video file with no codec problems. You don't have to bother with any codecs playing on this player. And VLC is available free for download at the above link.

Have you tried playing it with real? I avoid .rm files because I do not choose to use real player.

VLC player will NOT play .rm files.

You could also try Real Alternative if you use Windows.
