incomming files folder

1st off, thanks for the advice to get winmx going again. Now I seem to have another problem that just popped up - I am unable to load any incomplete files and when I try to click on the Incoming Files Folder I get access denied and location is not available. Any clues as to what I must have unwittingly done?

What music player are you using?
