and I just want to get my WinMX back and working... It worked great up until a few months ago and then around the time I actually bothered to BUY a couple songs off from a friend of mine at Itunes it wouldn't connect and kept giving me a "Cannot' establish primary connection" message, which made no sense, since I've had the same roadrunner Cable Internet service for the past 3 years and nothings changed on it.
I KNOW there are tones of patches and pie patches and stuff but I simply don't know which is current or what I need to have/not have installed on my PC to make them work.
At the moment I have gone through and deleted EVERYTHING I COULD that's even remotely WinMX related. When I use the little search dog function to check for any WinMX related files nothing comes up.
PLEASE HELP! I JUST WANT MY TUNES BACK!!!
A thousand thank-you's in advance to anybody/everybody that can instruct me to how to do this.....
