All the information below can be found at the following links (Along with more useful info)
Burn Bin Cue
Playing image files without burning them
Burning Images with Alcohol120%

There are three basic options in this case. The next three posts will each cover one option.

1. Burn the Image to CD. This is the easiest option. Since there are many different burner programs My brief instructions below will only cover NERO (get free trial demo if you need it.
BIN/CUE files (files that have the extensions .BIN and .CUE) are very common on the Internet.

Consider the BIN a CD Image file ( like a digital picture of the information) and the CUE file to be an instruction list to your burner on how to burn it.

If you already have nero, all you need to do to burn the bin/cue is as follows.

If your using Nero 6 without Smartstart:

Go to the Recorder Menu in top bar, and choose Burn Image.

OR

Using NeroSmart Start:

Choose Copy and Backup, Burn Images to Disc.

Then you will need to change type of file, Picture above shows you what you are looking for.

Then all you have to do is select the CUE file (not the bin). Nero will do the rest for you.

Using Daemon Tools

Postby Vladd44 on Thu Jul 15, 2004 1:50 pm

Option 2

Daemon Tools

If you do not have Daemon Tools (Free) Get it.

Daemon tools is to run things, not to burn them. It allows you to create a "Virtual Drive" and run the programs from there.

It supports, cue/bin, iso, nrg (Nero), ccd (CloneCD) and more.

WIth Daemon tools you can "mount" a image file and extract whatever files you wish from it, or you can run the "image" as if it were the actual cd/dvd.

Right-click on the DAEMON Tools trayicon

Select Virtual CD/DVD-ROM

Select Device [0:]

Image
If there is no Device [0:] option, just go to Set Number of Devices and raise it to 1.

Click Mount

Browse and select the image you wish to mount, for either extraction of playing. Click OK/double-click on the file to mount

I use Isobuster to extract the mpg from the bin file after I complete a torrent. Then I just delete the bin and cue and the shitload of rar files that the bin file came from. :P So far I have never had a problem using this method. :D
