how to crack a password protected rar file

i got this file from a torrent site. about 700Mb. took a while to download it and when i tried opening it, it prompts for a password! that sucks! they should have put a warning. Is there anyway to bypass this crap? Hope someone out there can help

Very often the password is also shared, search for a txt or zip file of the same name for the movie and it will usually tell you the password, at least that's often the case with games - you can also google the file name and password, often times there are sites that have the password for particular files listed

Some torrent sites just use the name of the torrent site as a password.
