how can i split or create tracks on downloaded full albums??

Hello everyone!
I really dont know how to create tracks on downloaded full albums or isnt it possible to do that? Because my biggest problem is when i burn a cd i can't get the full album or even if i do its all a one big track, so i'm wondering if anyone can help me on this. Thank you guys so much
