how 2 add credits,titles in a video clip

well i have been compiling some videos adding effects 2 em recently by using sony vegas and windows movie maker.well just wanted 2 know i want 2 add a thing like credits 2 "me" for compiling the video how can i add that.i'm compiling files in .avi or .wmv format

I don't won't have anything to do with wmv files or any Microsoft formats so I can't help you there, for Sony Vegas I think you can import just about anything, like gifs, jpgs, flashmedia, etc. So could make something in, let's say, Photoshop and import it and edit it in.

well DAP m8 is it possible 2 add a title like "video ripped by DAP werewolf" to a normal mpeg,wmv file which we have saved on our hard disk

Yes, but it's not as easy as it sounds... You can either create a clip or a frame, like I said above, and join it to the beginning or the end of the video or edit it in with an app like Sony Vegas, etc., or you can add it as a subtitle. Because I encode to avi myself, I do add my logo to my own encodes. I have my logo created as a subtitle (there are many apps for free download, I used Subtitle Workshop) and just use it as I would encode foreign language subtitle onto a movie. If you already have an avi or mpeg you also need to encode the subtitle in if that is the way you want to go. Here are a few guides that may help:

Perhaps you should try Watermark Master. Good software, broad capabilities for watermarking, wide range of supported formats (including AVI and WMV) not too expensive.

Try to use Watermark Master. This program allows make edit video, for adding credits, titles, and more!
