Help with video problem

i download a movie and it's in a .bin format and it's a svcd and it won't let me play it i tryed extracting the .bin i cou;dn't get it 2 work

should be 2 parts a .bin and a .cue ... it's an image file

you open a burning program like nero and select the .bin and burn to cd

(just make sure that in the .cue file there isn't a extention like C:\my files\xxx.cue - if there is ... delete the extention or burning to cd wont work)
