Help with Seeding and trackers

i want to make a torrent using bittorent. And i need some info.

How do i seed it and what does that do. I know wat they do a bit but i need a lot of help with it.

What are the trackers and which ones should i add to it and what do they do.

All you need is open tracker page and read about how to upload .torrent file. Your torrent client can create .torrent file - just click File\Create New Torrent.
Then you will upload this file and seed. Good luck

ok nao wat about the seeds and seeding.

Seed is you. You are seeding (uploading content to other users). Other users are peers. When peer got full content he become seeder.

o so once it uploads the whole file wen downloading it it becomes a seed?
