i'm having problem with downloading the files

Can someone help me? I am downloading this one movie and all i need is 4 more meg to finish downloading it but then the connection stop. And wen i try to download it again, i can't. The person is sending me the files but i can't recieve it. Is there something wrong with my computer or is it something else. PLease, please, pleeeeaseeeeee help me.
