Editing Video Volume

Can someone recommend a program that will allow me to edit the audio portion of a video file?

I have a few files that have below normal volume and I'd like to be able to raise the volume.

TMPGEnc will do it. Available here with helpful guide too Image


p.s. Find it on Wizard 3/5 in Other Settings / Audio

Thanks. BTW -- is that part of the Ace codecs package? If it is, I'm gonna smack myself as I have it installed.
