How do i play burned PC games? I can download them successfully but cant figure out how to play them. Do i need an emulator?

you need to install them, most of the time they also come with a no cd crack of some sort, look on the burned cd to see if they packaged specific instructions with it.

but no need for an emulator to play a pc game on a pc
